About Cristie

 

Hi there! I’m Cristie, the founder of The Wellness Blueprint, a Certified Mental Wellness Coach, SHRM-CP certified HR professional, and a mom of five (yes, five!). I know firsthand what it feels like to juggle life’s demands while trying to prioritize your health and well-being—it’s no easy feat!


My journey into holistic wellness began during a time when I felt completely burned out. As an HR professional, I was no stranger to stress, and as a busy mom, taking care of myself often fell to the bottom of the list. When I began struggling with hormone imbalances, weight gain, and constant fatigue, I knew something had to change. That’s when I discovered the power of holistic healing and started building my own “wellness blueprint.”


Now, I’m on a mission to help others reclaim their energy, reduce stress, balance hormones, and feel incredible from the inside out. My approach is rooted in science-backed strategies and practical tools that fit into real life.


I believe in progress over perfection, small daily habits that lead to big results, and creating a life that feels as good as it looks. Whether you’re battling burnout, navigating hormonal shifts, or simply wanting to feel your best, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.


When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and kids, sipping my favorite cortisol-busting mocktail, or diving into a good book about mental strength.
